FAQ
Why are you always sold out?
Honey, we make everything by hand—just me and my daughters. We can only bake so many in a day! Sign up for the waitlist and we'll email you the moment a new batch drops.
How long do they stay fresh?
They're best eaten within 3 days of delivery. Keep 'em in the fridge, then warm in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Good as fresh baked!
Can I freeze them?
Absolutely! Wrap each one in foil, freeze up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge, then warm in the oven. Perfect for holidays!
What kind of apples do you use?
We use a blend of Granny Smith and Honeycrisp from local Blue Ridge orchards. The tartness of the Granny Smith with the sweetness of the Honeycrisp is just perfect.
Are they really from a family recipe?
Sure are! My great-grandmother started making these in 1932. Recipe's been passed down four generations now. I taught my daughters, and someday they'll teach theirs.
Do you ship nationwide?
We do! We ship Monday through Wednesday with overnight delivery and cold packs to keep 'em fresh. Shipping's included in the price.
